Under IRS Publication 523 for 2023 dated February 2024, I qualify as "Service, Intelligence and Peace Corp Personnel" and for "qualified extended duty" (page 4& 5 - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p523.pdf).

To all those stress I had to go through during this process the only consoling factor is the judgment amount I got through the Justice of the Peace Court.

Getting this cleaned up now would push my credit score over 800+ and eliminate nearly $3k per month in revolving debt payments and bring me quite a bit of peace.

They exist but they are mostly for commercial properties.  

Or in low volume areas, a public/private partnership with existing child care centers. 

So, here’s my question.. do you think you’d be more comfortable taking the DIY approach with strict guidelines, or might a property manager give you the peace of mind you need?

So your son is wholesaling the property then, it sounds like, and sellers are willing to sell subject to the existing mortgage to the end buyer?  

Moving on was tough, but helping him make peace with that was main part of the negotiation process no one else touched on.

@Kenneth Joseph Perfido If you’ve moved to a new state and plan to conduct business there, you generally have two options: register your existing LLC as a foreign LLC in the new state or form a new LLC in the new state.
