They usually say "Did you pay rent" and if the answer is no or the tenant starts giving excuses, the judge  shushes the tenant like Judge Judy then moves on to "can you move out by yourself or do I need to have the sheriff help you move out?" 

Looks like Orange County is out there trying to make stealing a crime again lol.

Like Long Island, Orange County. lol I definitely would love to start right here in NYC though that would be the ultimate goal for me.  

My business partner is orange and white and likes to chase mice - she ran the numbers and the ARVs are solid.
