What's peoples thoughts opinions on this real estate market over here?

Mine is in Hueytown, which is a good area in my opinion.

Donald Trump has also expressed several times he will do everything he can to influence the Federal Reserve to reduce interest rates, although he cannot directly control what the Fed ultimately does.

I’m hearing mixed opinions from people I know. 

The current rents are really low because the tenants are responsible for doing any and all repairs on their buildings (which in my opinion contributes to the poor condition of the buildings).
