Wondering if you offer Netflix (or any other streaming service) for free or do you just have it available to the renter?

If you own a business even if it's a pass through LLC for your real estate you have to file a BOI Report by the end of this year.BOI stands for Benefit ownership information. 

If you own 25% or more of any LLC you are required to register with a FINCEN ID for beneficial ownership by January 1st or you could be subject to $500 per day fines.Have you taken care of business?

Conversely, don't invest in a deal you really like if it's run by a subpar sponsor. 

They are listed at market value, but I made a discounted offer to purchase a few of them.- I prioritize building strong, professional relationships with my buyers by taking the time to understand their needs and goals.

We know that there is pent-up demand and its generally accepted that that demand is being held back by "high" rates.

If they don't have assets or well paid employment, I would consider the offer of the payment plan.

The buyer representation agreement states that the buyer commission amount offered by the seller (usually 2% to 3%) is credited/refunded to the buyer.
