Are you trying obscure some activity?

It would be so easy to find something obscure that is against code on your house. 

For example let's say that your tenant sued you for unlawful eviction alleging that you violated some obscure provision of the law and you didn't even know about that obscure provision so you probably did violate it.

It also helps with the more obscure issues of "the old landlord let me pay on the 10th with late fees" or "I handle snow care (on my SFD) for a $50/mo reductions" or "so and so always provided window air conditioners in the summer".

That's a very odd phrasing in order to obscure the facts.

Obscure point?

This may not be obscure knowledge, but it blew my mind when a kitchen retailer gave me this tip yesterday: When rehabbing a kitchen, don't replace the cabinet boxes unless they are in bad shape (or you're using a natural wood finish that you won't be able to color match).

Just obscures what you are doing.

Last Friday, I closed on an 8 unit apartment complex through an obscure local MLS site that is mostly lake properties.

Are there any obscure things that I may be missing that might give me troubles in the long run?
