It really depends on what your goals are, if you want to brand your name then you definitely want to create a business page, you can also do sponsored newsfeeds in a proximity zipcode.

It was actually from a wholesaler that we did REALLY good on a deal earlier this year so I sent him and his wife on a trip to Hawaii and when he got back he had 3 deals ready for us to buy :-)  Great lesson on abundance, and how taking care of and thinking about the people who help you can continue to pay off :-)  Then one of them was actually from a post about a house that was posted on my newsfeed (and other locations) in facebook.  

I believe it was an article that popped up on my google news feed for OKC news.
