It was actually from a wholesaler that we did REALLY good on a deal earlier this year so I sent him and his wife on a trip to Hawaii and when he got back he had 3 deals ready for us to buy :-) Great lesson on abundance, and how taking care of and thinking about the people who help you can continue to pay off :-) Then one of them was actually from a post about a house that was posted on my newsfeed (and other locations) in facebook.
