That scared me - a newbie.

We are newbies, and don't want to miss out on a great investment and tax savings opportunity, but obviously want to do everything correctly in the eyes of Uncle Sam.

Those that a familiar with design and furnishing a home know the suppliers, but for a newbie I suppose it would be confusing, although it's confusing for them without Minoan also. 

Our Starter plan (which is free) is really designed to support newbie investors, as all of the available presets are what they should be using in building lists and sending marketing campaigns. 

The only members I've found with multiple deals are his partners who were already successful, just like Pace, and they use the newbies to help generate more deals.

Most every newbie will stretch the truth by being over-optimistic.I stopped teaching in 2011.

It's likely a scam anytime they sound like AI or the grammar is weird or they use the word "kindly", if they ask for you to respond to them off-platform, if they say their employer will pay for it, if they ask if the dates they've specified are still open (when they can clearly see they are open on your calendar), if they ask for a video of your property (they probably want to set up a duplicate listing with your photos and video and scam others out of money), or if they want a long term booking and they have just joined the platform and have no reviews (could have been evicted from somewhere else, and hope a newbie will let them in with no background check, they'll end up not paying or credit card is bad).
