Most of us have BB Curves right now and a big knock is that the multimedia is lacking as well as web surfing.Anyone have any great recommendations?

I am a professional drummer/instructor/multimedia manager for three Music Education Schools in the greater Sacramento area as well as owning my own landscaping company.

obviously not all investors resort to wholesaling tactics once they get ur attention by flaunting 'all-cash' offers and ' proof of funds' in the excess of millions, but with the advent of MLM in this broke hyperinflative economy, less people/businesses qualify for funding, yet more are inspired by multimedia advertising/marketing/networking to want to 'invest' anyways evenmoreso.  

Personally I am a fan of powerpoint because it is easy to incorporate multimedia.

I own a multimedia production company and I always loved real estate.

You can create rich multimedia documents in Drive using Docs, complete with photos (and basic editing), formatting, links, etc.

A little about myself:I worked in fashion and social media since I graduated from Pepperdine University with a BA in Advertising, and a minor in multimedia design.

Showings.I know you can do quite a bit with multi-media for resort property, etc., but for average everyday SFR rentals, showings are a major drain on time.
