@Mario Morales we would definitely use Zillow for something like this.

Landlord-tools.comThe system accuratly measures each units fuel consumption and automatically invoices the tenant. 

Some City Residents and businesses were given incentives to dig up their grass lawns to decrease water consumption. 

"Assuming" when discussing people's life, character, morals and values, is not a good way to live life. 

Moral of the story and my personal take away from doing it, budget well and don't spend your money on liabilities (primary home)  and buy assets (rental property).....
