Any trends that you have noticed in terms of renting to Men vs.

We're a couple big manly men so we go upstairs and there's a couple bedrooms and a small bathroom, but it is crazy cold up here, like ten degrees colder than it is outside at least.

I struggle to understand how grown men like you don’t see that; rather than coming across as “cool” or “tough,” this attitude makes you seem more like a beer-goggling college fraternity than a forum for learning and growth.

Our entire economy depends on business transactions, on middlemen, we are not cave men or primitive tribe men who barter goods for their true value, without someone in the middle facilitating the exchanges and money serving as a medium or tool to make it happen.

My opinion is you should advertise as if you have no OO exemption, and then screen out men/ESA etc when they contact you.

So when the owner orders materials and its wrong , damaged or short and I have 4 guys on a job getting paid by the hour , the owner is paying my hourly billing rate for those men . 

Have had 2 appliance repair men tell me they are worth the investment.
