I have thought about Fundrise (medium success when I invested there), Crowdstreet (I have not invested there but might consider), farmtoghether (20k invested there already) and groundfloor (bad experience so not looking to invest there).Any advice will be appreciated.There is no greater wealth than peace of mind - Buddha - I hear what you are saying with the frustration, I would go the syndication route and park the money there.

Seems like you have a ideal situation going on for a Medium Term Rental (MTR).

I have also really considered medium term rentals, however it seems that the market is somewhat saturated as many rentals have been dropping prices significantly when I look through Airbnb.

You can also put it on furnish finder and try to get a medium term rental until busy season.
