@Mason Bear how do you know the seller financials aren't "massaged"?

I wonder if BP could start a therapy group for folks who can't seem to stop doing their own maintenance work on properties :) I hope you have a great weekend.

I did a huge mistake T_T MAKES ZERO sense, NEVER in 10 years doing biz there have I ever heard of a realtor lying about everything,  It happened to me now. and I still have the text massage for what he said the house is in good condition 

It becomes like breathing air you just know how to do it optimally without thinking about it.I have seen syndicators take on loan assumptions with marginal terms and high fees or they used floating debt just to massage the numbers so they could hit a certain projected pref (hopefully) to the investors to entice investment of capital.

This isn't therapy.

The fine print has been written and massaged by someone who has much more of grasp of the legal aspects of the industry than we have.

You should bring the lender your 'business plan' for your rad therapy business.

The ADA says true service animals do not require registration, nor can I ask to see it even if they do have it. Does this mean anyone who says their animal is a service animal can get around my no pet policy?I can ask...
