I won't ever close on another OOS property without walking it first but that involves paying for lots of flights and hotel/rental car costs if flying out there to make an offers but the $1500 to $3000 would be worth the cost to me to save on future headaches.

They have told us, when we spend more of our hard earned money to buy flights to the UK, book accommodation etc... that more will be revealed … however they are no longer returning our emails or phone calls, so with absolutely no confidence left in them, it would seem the jokes on us.I wish we had seen a post saying exactly this before we handed over the cash … so to anyone still considering putting their faith in Legacy or Epic … DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If the problem is not being in close proximity, for some it might be too hard to book a flight to see the property for themselves.

There has been a flight to the more quality areas of Austin.I agree on us having hit the bottom, time will tell but I think we'll see demand increase and rates decrease over the next few months Yeah - I was more talking about outlook for 2025+, I think the correction has likely completed (just opinion)

We do have a regional airport that provides connecting flights to Dallas but it is unreliable/expensive and they are unable to extend the runway to land  bigger commercial jets and don't have room to expand the common areas that would accommodate more customers.

The only thing is, flights to Saskatoon are way more expensive than to the other two cities ($500 vs $120), which might be important as first-time investors… I’m also thinking that’s what a good property manager is for though haha.
