A lot of long time renters will look at a 5-10k buyout as hitting the lottery.

I have found a handful, but when it comes to Juice like Birthday Bourbon or some of the other Toasted pours they either save them for high volume customers or they lottery the bottle to a winner and sell it at MSRP.  

I'm not sure if I will when the lottery, but wanted some information before I commit myself to a major fixer upper.

Asking for a mentor is no more work than asking to win the lottery.
