It sounds like any lifting and/or adjusting to beams would be expensive.

If you mount the new beam below the ceiling $1500 material labor...if you put it up into the floor joists above $2500-3000 (meaning so you can't see the new beam once the ceiling on the drywall is repaired)  Figure another $65-70 per sheet of drywall needed for repairs. 

Some areas allow for your investment mobile home to sit atop a pier and beam foundation, while others allow concrete block supports atop crushed rock.

The exterior beams, siding need a do over.

I was able to get an inspection done and from that I know the main work needed is as follow:Under house crawlspace:some foundation pillars or crumbling and need replacement.Major leaks under main bath causing wood beams deterioration.Multiple minor leaks to wood beams in different areas as well.HVAC duct work is leaking at connections.

Also, I'm willing to make any and all applicable visits required but I'm planning to make each visit laser focused.
