You definitely wont get an app like that for free, so how much would you be willing to pay to a company to submit it for you, vs spending 10 minutes once a month to submit taxes?

I can buy landlord insurance without coverage on roof (wind/named storm peril) but is it worth the premium?

I'm a little surprised that @Chase McArthur thinks it's only suitable "to help you decide whether or not to submit your LOI for further diligence". 

Since I am super new to this, I do have a few questions:By testing the list, do you mean what data am I pulling (absentee owner, tired landlord, etc)Testing my mailer, do you mean trying different messaging?

I assume their realtor knows they wouldn’t and therefore isn’t going to bother submitting your offer.
