Kathy I got some keyword alerts for Cleveland.

I think the key word is community, and I've tried my best to cultivate a great culture and group of people.

I am just going to have enough passive income to do the things I want to do without having a w2.The key words seem to be "if needed".

(keyword: possibility)  Even with limited options to exit, can't that be of value to this type of investor and you can try and mitigate the checklist of reasons why these properties fail with a strong PM?  

Scott, you just set off about 1,000 keyword notifications from those on BP who will now private message you and post in this forum a slanted angle of where to invest on the hope and glimmer that you give them the money to invest in them. 

You can use it as a RE investing 'google' search to find past forum posts that match up with any keywords of interest i.e.

Just do a quick google search and skip all the obviously fake reviews that say the exact same key words and phrases.

ps - I would add some other cities to your post so they show up as keywords and maybe get some help from some local BP people around Marshfield
