approach it the same way you would interviewing a business partner because that is what you will be. 

For legal, we can provide you a list of attorneys out there who do this and my recommendation is to interview them to see which one you feel works best for you.

While you're interviewing PMs, I'd also be interviewing Realtors to help you with this, focusing on ones that have relationships with PM in the area, have helped investors before, etc.

Look them up online, call and interview several of them.

Interview a few PMs, ensure they align with your goals, and stay involved by reviewing monthly reports.

It's best practice to interview several candidates.
