As I approach my move out strategy where I will be converting my upper unit into a STR, I often think of guest interaction amongst the two units.

That’s more time-consuming, though, and since the lease is almost over, non-renewal is probably your best bet.Also, keep documenting everything: complaints from other tenants, the steps you’ve taken, and any interactions you have with the tenant.

Investors that will go say 250 to 1 mil or more once you prove your experience are far easier to deal with and the only ones I personally interact with.
