Skilled Labor is in desperate need and we have literally tens of millions of "human cat's" just sitting on the shelf.

He scaled with quality, going full-on luxury top-shelf.

However if I do a BRRRR I can achieve infinite return by extracting all of my investment.

The Florida MF deal was from Feb. 2021 to November 2023 and the ATL hotel deal was from March 2021 and is still ongoing (planned exit in 2026 but is infinite returns so I'm in no rush!)

Hell I can get an aged SHELF (not shell) company for $695 there and it was the EIN and all that. 

So we can see the property shift to infinite returns in say 36mnths vs 72.

i am totally impressed with the way 'guru' out there trying to influence people promising there's a gold cave somewhere from 'infinite banking' to 'my own the greatest system ever' :-) I bet they save their money in the crypto token as well.

I understand the potential Infinite return of BRRRR, but if I spend x effort and y dollars on a value add, I want it to add as much value as possible. 

Our prospective numbers point to increasing profits as the deal ages with an eventual infinite ROI once the initial investment is paid off.
