I spent over 1 hour on the phone with their tech support, and at the end they said they could not help me because I use a mac and iphone! 

Because if you're looking for someone to take the lead on putting creative strategies together - that might be a much harder find.If I were looking for a person like this, I would grab my iphone and call the individual who had worked on a similar deal that I wanted to do.

If you have an iphone and a printer that can receive directly from the iphone, you can snap pics of small receipts send them to the printer, then punch holes in them and file them that way.Here is a video that is a little bit boring how about filing.

I'm working on putting together an APP that you can download on android or iphone to make it easier to use.

And also look in markets where it seems even some of the top performing listings still have ikea furnishings and iphone photos.For example, in the Poconos market, many listings are still marketed poorly like this, and most homes are 3-4 bedrooms. 

I have an iPhone 13 Pro, and attempted to use the measure app.  

Both were iPhones which might have something to do with it transferring.

Ideally would have iphone and web access to account.Would appreciate pointers both positive and negative.Many thanks.
