This lowers the energy bill for the tenant as they will use the window a/c units much less.Since it’s near the lake, it gets pretty humid and stuffy and air circulation is a tremendous help.It’s also much quieter, which is good as that area is relatively peaceful. 

Humidity too high, temp hi or low so I can adjust.

My current tenant recently asked why his closest is more humid than rest of the house with AC on.

I have a cabin in western NC and love it but it is humid in the summer.

There were some external problems that caused 2ft of drywall from the floor of the basement to develop humidity and needs to be replaced.

Hi AJ- I'm in south Florida at the moment and the heat and humidity is unbearable. 

TN has humidity along with FL. 

Must be the humidity.
