Rental inspections haven't been horrible.  

It can be good when everything is clicking, but it can also be horribly bad...and dangerous when you end up with a problem occupant.

Utah has some of the cheapest tax and insurance rates, but their rent to price ratio is horrible and rents don't keep up with housing increases like they do here. 

Acquisition is the root of real estate investing - if you can master the systems and processes around that you will have a skill that can be translated to bigger and bigger deals.I'd advise against developing on your own at first - if you find a partner that is knowledgable then go for it.Syndications can be great, they also can be horrible.

Their previous company Amplify My Business has the same horrible reviews and scam so they closed down and started the new scam called Launch Your Leads managed by Matt and Tom Mclleland.

If it's a horrible, very high crime area (and that is also relative) and you will never manage any part, in that instance I say run.

Consensus of the feedback was cute in pictures horrible in person.

My only gripe is that the bank feed connection is horrible.

I have been with certain investors that deemed a place horrible and violent based on nothing but the people they see.
