Bear in mind that the fiscal treatment of the two options in Mexico is different (withholding tax on the gross income with the fideicomiso vs cost deductions with the corporation).

The handyman then quoted me $3500 for heat treatment for the bedbugs. 

@John Voychick I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, it really pains me to hear about people getting subpar treatment and customer service I always listen to people's experiences to make sure that I can prevent these kinds of things from happening to my clients.

It's where you start, but the last 15 years of investing have taught me to take a much more holistic few than you can fit into an XLS.

Then based on @Michael Baum's suggestion, I think I will have my cleaner and/or maintenance person do monthly/quarterly maintenance like using using enzyme based cleaners, grease fighting drain treatments and hot water flushing. 

I cannot, in good conscience, support a mentorship program that fails to prioritize the well-being and fair treatment of its employees.
