We have put together a turnkey way to invest in Real Estate that solves for all the problems that normally hinder an investment.  

So if you end up needing to sell it in the future, would be a hinderance since it would eliminate FHA buyers all together + even some conventional buyers too. 

One of our current thoughts is to put up for rent for a set time (two months) and if it doesn’t rent then sell but that would put us into winter which may hinder selling.

In the end it will even hurt the homeowners it's supposed to help as the biggest hinderance to buying a home right now is the mortgage payment which will go up as housing prices go up. 

However, DTI can be an issue, so depending on how you are funding the renovation, credit card balances will hinder.

You'll want to watch out for Prepayment Penalty Periods too if you were to go with the rate/term because that may hinder you from going with a cash-out when you need it.

While this gave me a good understanding of a lot of different asset types, it didn't make me the "go-to" person in my market for any one type, which ultimately hindered my growth for a season.

So the burden of proof  will be on you to show that the seller knew about the issues, failed to disclose them, and that they covered them up hindering your ability to inspect and uncover the issues.
