Total fraud.On a happier note, I've moved over to Travis King's Lead Boss (white label GoHighLevel) and I like it a lot.

I'm so much happier now, earning more income and tax benefits, don't need to be involved in the properties, and have reduced my liability with an added layer that puts more distance between me and the tenants.

You will be happier on the other side.

They have been replaced and I can tell by my guest's tone in feedback they are happier with the cleanliness of the cabin. 

I enjoyed what I did building cool bridges and hotels, but I was not too fond of the daily in and our grind.Jumping ship has brought bigger challenges, but I am happier tackling them with people I love working with.With respect to real estate & being a landlord, it's honestly something I do NOT ENJOY that much either (dealing with HOAs, repairs, vacancy, etc.)...unless you can buy properties and completely offload the property management, which was and is hard for me to do with my scarcity mindset. 

So I'm happy I continue to collect rent for the 3-4 months that it will take me to evict.Obviously, I'd be much happier if the tenant wasn't trashing the house and I didn't have to kick her and her 5 kids out. 

If not then lower your monthly rent a little and charge them if it makes you happier.

We are MUCH happier being back in CA than we were in Michigan.
