Like Jordan Peterson says, if you are showing your big teeth, you'll like never have to use them.

That's why most of the other people have suggested that you find a way to buy a property yourself, and cut your teeth on managing STR (or even LTR) with your own property.

But like with all laws unless its enforced and has some teeth wholesalers wont give a rip they will just break the law and keep going until they are stopped.I wonder what companies like Great Western are  going to do. they have a big philly operation that deals in the low income areas where a lot of these deals are done.

If they can find a gorgeous 3BR in a good location for $1550 nothing comes out of their pocket, why would they go to a crappy property for $1550.
