Granted there is a cost in hiring an agent, Having someone analyze each deal with localized knowledge is worth its weight in gold.

I was a relatively happy Quest Trust Company Gold Family client for over 10 years.  

I don't think there's any one platform that gets gold stars across the board. 

If I were wildly successful in implementing any strategy, I would keep quiet about it and enjoy my life.It's like the tale about the gold miners in California during the Gold Rush of 1849:  the only ones who made real money were the ones selling the tools and supplies to the miners.  

They could have used that money for much better investments that would have allowed them actual financial freedom.People look at tax deferment as if it is some pot of gold that then dictates their very life.

We don't have the option of going off the gold standard again. 

Last year we helped eight buyers acquire exceptional coastal STR's in; Brookings, Gold Beach, Bandon, Manzanita, Arch Cape and Yachats, with two in 2025 under contract in Seaside and Rockaway Beach.

A good agent that understands investing, if they are doing their job, is worth their weight in gold.
