It makes perfect sense, because you never know when someone will be confronted with one of these "life events". this also speaks to Dev Horn point, using direct mail and focusing on a small demographic on a consistent and persistent basis, of course you would be at the forefront of their mind when these events come up.

Then be able to negotiate with the buyer showing him/her why the economy is about to improve and now is the best time to move on this deal.Of course, the economy is just one of the negotiating tools to be used and I mention it only because it is what is in the forefront of the media these days.

She asked my wife if there was a way for her to buy a house with our help, and ensure that we own the house so she can rent from us.We want to help her, and we get the asset in the end out of the deal.My problem currently is that I am studying for my Real Estate License, and I have a bunch of keywords at the forefront and I think I am over complicating it.So...if she buys the house with the mortgage in her name and just puts us on title thatd suffice?

The tenants are typical tenants, good most days then horrible others.I have 2 very young kids now and I'm interested in buying number 2 and possibly 3 in a better area but keep in mind that I have a full time municipal job and family that is at the forefront.
