We used to have a similar philosophy ... and then we went to live in Clovis, New Mexico for a few years!

Have travelled to South Korea, Mexico, France, Canada, Maui and Italy. 

Even New Mexico is better and that is a big stretch.

Moxi offers very reasonable terms for Mexico, but they only lend in Mexico. 

In Mexico, as you know, when you rent to visitors, you generally don't do LTR.

I wasn't able to make it to BPCon in Mexico, but don't want to wait another year to connect with you fabulous people.

Travelling with the family in Oaxaca Mexico, incredible place, one of the important culturap states in the country where indegenous costums are preserved🤗.I am currently short the DOW and as of today slightly up on that option trade, my only open one as everything else is incrediboy unpredictable and volatile.I am excited to jump into Kai's course full steam when I get back, very excired about that.

But, like most people, I prefer Mexico.
