Anecdotally, if a house that literally 'floats' over water can burn by wildfire, is any property truly insurable? 

Many other firms offer the same knowledge at a fraction of the cost because they don't have office overhead or tons of highly paid employees to float.

Of the 10.8 million left, say as many as 20% are readily found, are single guys, and are just kinda floating around with no real direction or anything going on at all.

He told investor to invest at ground up dev. while cap rate is below SOFR/interest rateb) His project is like 75% LTV with 7.5% fixed and purchase at 3%-ish rate LOLc) well at least he's not using floating, but still, asking LP to invest at ground up dev is crazyD) you only one chart to understand CRE, buy only when everything is streamline, buy when cap is declining after period of stabilizaiton , buy when fed rate going down or stable. 

Also, it's still a small percentage of owners that have floating rate debt.

I wanted to float out the idea since I heard it on an older podcast.

Now at times I'll go in on a share on something, not a hotel room but you get my drift. 

Do you have any proof that they do this or do they just do it over the telephone once they receive someone's initial investment and see how it floats?
