I flaunt it.

What I perceive as a sin certainly isn't by, yes, I'll say it, younger members, those with fewer times around the block, it's a lack of communication and probably much my fault as I don't really like to type and say things along a short path,I just hate hype, I'm pretty conservative, I don't like flaunting success or money in people's faces, I know it's not necessary to sell or convey ideas or teach.

Seeing as the 1031 only benefits investors, it might be considered low hanging fruit.It's funny, when we bought our vacation home, some people thought we were flaunting all this money we didn't really have.

Do we live in dangerous times, with populist governments wanting to flaunt their economic ignorance with pie in the sky ideas and solutions?

I think the moral of the story is do not mess with the government and flaunt it!! 

But again, for me I would flaunt that unit number like it was a brand new exotic sports car lol. 

Telling your potential landlord that you know your rights or flaunting those rights is a form of intimidation.

I'm sure you can get away with flaunting your wealth with A-B tenants.
