There's fintech and other tech going on in addition to gaming-related.Are there proptech and CREtech companies I should check out in the area?

Outside of RE, I am a WFH professional working in the Fintech industry, avid traveler and foodie.

My work and research focuses on social impact and fintech (financial technology) products that can make housing more accessible and help landlords and tenants achieve financial wellness. 

Only when buzz words like "big data", "AI", "fintech", etc. recently became a thing in the media did people finally start to wake up and smell the coffee.

And not because of their tech (Kiavi really showed us that fintech won't win you every deal) but because of their infrastructure and access to data + cheap capital.

I am a big data guy, 25 years in Fintech.

With that in mind, I am an avid fan of P2P or marketplace lending and I have been investing in FinTech companies since 2008.
