Finding a deal that works now may not in 6 months to a few years.

So my question is this, how do I find seller financed deals? 

The more information that you have out there the easier it is for people to find you, if you want them to find you.I almost everyday wear my "Rick Buys Houses" shirts with my phone number on it.

I stared using this site PropJump.com to find services providers for my 3 properties I own and manage.

How did you find your CPA or tax professional? 

Find a real estate attorney in your area, ask them to draft a contract for you, if that's what you want.
