The thing about this bank, is that they seem like they are ready to s*** their pants at any moment, fearing I am going to default on them.

Not to raise any fear or negativity but in real estate it’s best to plan for the worst and hope for the best!

The fear of renting while out of town is common, but it's easy to overcome, especially when you have friends and a handyman.

I fear legally that is the only option. 

We feared it was too low, but we were not willing to accept anything more and left it in Gods hands.

@Bryant Xavier I have had the same fear about scewd numbers, so I love the idea of reaching out to hosts in similar positions.

Her unit needs to be improved or I fear that the costs to fis it up will grow without decent maintenance.

My fear is the lender calling the loan due because I wouldn't have the cash available to pay it off.I don’t know of many cases where a lender would allow an assumption let alone a “subject to “ situation.  

I think this would be really insightful to other rookies who maybe have a fear of failing or are struggling right now.
