RAD buys them back at a “discount” of up to 4%, according to the circular.RAD also caps the amount of stock it will buy back from investors at 10% or less of all the shares it has outstanding, and investors can only sell 25% of their stock at a time, although the company said in another filing that it “routinely” allows investors to cash out all their holdings despite that provision.Or the company could decide not to buy back any stock at all.

All this fancy mumbo fha guideline gumbo means is that your projected market rents assuming all units, if it were rented Times 75% need to be greater than what your monthly payment is (PITIA = principal/interest/taxes/insurance/assessments monthly), other wise FHA will not lend at that loan amount so common solutions to this when rents are too low in your local market are to put more money down payment which defeats the whole purpose of low 3.5% down FHA doesnt it?

I can proudly say I did not spend lots of money on fancy ring tones, as I never answered my phone for unknown numbers (which you can actually set your iphone to send them to vm btw).I get calls constantly about people wanting to buy a property I have not owned in 5+ years as well.
