I’d be curious how accurate your tool is with a comparison to real-world deals after they are sold.

I’d recommend using Excel or a tool like Trello or Notion to track what you need, compare deals, and stay on budget.

So a loss of about 55k We did a lease to own option so I could immediately take over expenses but keep their primary resident loan and interest rate.We agreed to a deal which would cover all their expenses at closing, their remaining loan balance, and $45,000.

How do you find your seller finance deals ?  

Question is, is the person you are dealing with a correspondent broker who brings them deals to fund or someone from their company.
