Hey Justin, I agree with what others have said—you don’t need a license to become a real estate investor or entrepreneur.

All of you have great summaries of what real estate investment groups are about; people who run or own them and their guests run it to better themselves by selling overpriced, overused, outdated material directed to the uneducated people who dream of being real estate entrepreneurs.  

I'm a decent and fair guy so I appreciate the entrepreneur spirit, but to take free of charge is THEFT.

@James Carlson You probably already know my thoughts on STRs vis a vis 'affordable housing' :-)But this is going to play out as it will, and ultimately even Gov't intervention/restriction will fall to the power of the free market, so we'll see how it goes.I wish the property owners and entrepreneurs well, although some of them will learn that 'elections have consequences' as 44 so famously said.

Love hearing your stories and perspectives  It was pretty cool meeting this young entrepreneur.. he made one post on BP looking for this kind of investors to help him and of course NOT many will do what I do..

It is very embarrassing to admit that a woman who has been an entrepreneur, taught college, and accomplished a few things in life, could be so totally taken in.
