Those things eat your introvertness & lack of sales background for lunch.

And not knowing their numbers also makes it next to impossible to know if you have a bad PM that's eating into your cash flow as well (Like Vacasa charging $800-1000 a month for elecrtic on a 4/3, 2000sqft house with a pool). 

I'll usually eat $100 - $200 worth of touch-up cleaning for a long-term tenant.

HOA will eat up a lot of your money. 

The $10,000 yearly maintenance fee is really hurting your cash flow, as it’s eating up all your profits.

Hours of servicing the loans in all their aspects quickly eats up the points we received at the beginning of each mortgage & it feels like we're doing all the work for no compensation.  

That kitchen looks good but needs more stuff so families can cook and eat there.I think you guy look good in the photos, but it can be a turn off to prospective guests so I would remove those.

It does really eat into your revenue, but if you're convinced you can't manage it yourself from a distance, you will need either a PM or a co-host.

Look around for some pet food spill that into another big pan so they have something to eat.
