Someone with $10M in the bank in cash just needs to put a lot of money to work and time value and tax write off is more interesting to them than a hungry investor in their 20s that has never found a deal.Honestly, books are great, but they are about as "boiler plate" as you can get as I'm sure you're discovering.

This is what I discovered if this helps anyone out who Googles about them and ends up on this Bigger Pockets forum thread.On Reddit, there were several negative reviews like really bad ones of current clients who can't seem to exit from their services and who have spent and lost lots of money due to lag times, mistakes, etc. on the part of Anderson Advisors.

With my LTRs I have been switching to all tenant paid utilities after my first winter where I discovered the majority of my tenants were setting the heat at 78 (which is unreasonable in Northern New Hampshire) and leaving their windows open in -20 degree weather.
