Me I would convert it to gas but it is the area that dictates it.

Each market, each submarket and each mall will dictate the use of this space.I don't think online shopping, per se, is killing malls.  

I would go off of comparable cap rates when dictating the sales price.

PML is not some putz that you're gonna dictate to as far as terms and structure. 

If let it get outdated and go into disrepair, well, that will dictate the clientele we can attract right.
