The home must be de-titled so it’s “real” property.

Is the company de-investing in RE by sale/leaseback or are these coming from private investors?

@Paul De Luca I have been mostly looking into long term rentals so I am considering between house hacking and buying investment properties for the sole purpose of renting them out.
