Some HML may be ok with desktop appraisal/BPO compared to a traditional lender.If you are doing renovation then the draw process i find private lenders to have more flexibility in regards to draws and number of draws. a HML is more convenient but you will pay for convenience.

There is also a way to do that with TurboTax desktop (but not the online version).  

Compared to the original Quickbooks (desktop) that was a one time $100 purchase for the software, that is big difference. 

I recommend Quickbooks Desktop.

@Max Emory would you accept a profit and loss statement from an old desktop for taxes instead of requiring someone to pay for QuickBooks?

As long-time QuickBooks Desktop users, we were working with the 2019 version.

I get by the Windows 10 issue by using Google Chrome Remote Desktop.
