I'm just not seeing any strategy that can offset to any significant degree, the depreciating nature of either asset.

I understand that at my age, focusing on properties with strong equity growth potential (even if cash flow isn't immediate) is a solid strategy.

@Jaedon StoutBRRRR Strategy - This works well when buying properties below market value and rehabbing them to increase equity.
