Every day I mark how many calls to leads I made, how many people I contacted (and was it email, call, text) from my database/past clients....how many social media posts I answered or made, etc.I don't know if that's automating, but every week I can quickly see how much of each money generating thing I did.Do you use Google Calendar? 

The data is from RPR, which is a real estate agent only database so I can't share a link, but I did summarize it here in a YouTube short including charts.

@Lulu LueHUD has 2 online databases of lenders showing which ones have the most experience with 203k's. 

Becasue I have access to all those counties databases.

I remember a new wholesaler agent that didn't have any buyers, so she went to the meetup for other wholesaler companies and start building her buyer database from there.

They will waste time 24/7 condemning some idiot "wholesaler" who pulls comps from free database and tries to peddle prop for twice its ARV, they will call him a fraudster, criminal, lowlife, Hitler incarnate and etc.

Listings come from nurturing your database for years, so if you are new, you have to pick a niche or an area that you have a competitive advantage in.

The only "spam" calls I get are from individuals trying to buy my property (likely wholesalers).Only because people don't understand this fact, when you use your home address as your address for you phone, it gets cross referenced in databases.
