The scene towards the end is extra funny where the lap dancer reveals she owns 5 houses and a condo.

Most food servers, exotic dancers, and bar tenders, have very minimal 'base' income, it's mostly tip income, and a LOT of the time it's under the table money that the person does not voluntarily report to the IRS and pay taxes on.So, not a solution for you today.

I had "dancer / entertainer" who said she only has people at her place occasionally, usually she does in-calls.

The dancer had 4 condos or whatever. 

I can imagine him trying to justify.....ues, I was entertaining the CEo and CFO of a company that needs 50 units to temporarily relocate 50 employees and so I took them to the nearest porn shop that had window dancers and at that meeting I told them we had zero unoccupied units.

Maybe if you took the tack of others that are in the business and just came out and said Hey I am a marketing agent I post on BP for one reason and that is to get clients so I can sell  you properties so I can make commissions that I may make legally or not legally,, that would be nice Just LIke Karen Margrave suggested your posting is very sly in its approach and many that I have talked to have commented when they see your posts they just jump over them because they are repetitive and give no real benefit.Any way I like your tag line Hipster , Pilot , Gogo dancer...
