If I can make a suggestion...Yes with 3 points you might be able to get into the 6's - but let me give a quick example:Let's say loan amount is $250k and making some other assumptions, paying 3 points down would cost $7,500 however that might only save $195/mo. 

Also, would you be willing to message me a link to one of your Booking.com listings so I can see the format, etc from a customer point of view?

Our experience is that many lenders/servicer customer representatives may not know the protections that exist for those that want to put asset protection steps in place. 

I am a happy customer and would use this company again.  

Many assumptions were made as to my knowledge, part due to my "rookie status" on the thread and part in that being the first deal being made. 

Unless Quickbooks has addressed the issue does not have a specific real estate module so you have to work around it using customers as properties and jobs as tenants.

I think a lot of the replies have made a lot of assumptions about the OP's situation.
