We get a ton of applications on our units but I haven't saved any of their information or asked if they want to know what we have in the future. 

I agree that I don't want any sensitive information and documents sent before finding out if they are legit. 

It does appear that we need more information about actual ability to pay the rent but in reading between the lines it appears that there will be two more adults living in the property, so we have more information to gather.
