I do not have concrete proof that all 30 investors in the group were scammed, but the private group’s name is “JBS—BS” and the link was only sent to supposed victims of the situation which is why I believe it to be true.By my count, there are 19 people (including me) in the group who have been actively messaging about negligence, mishandling of funds, fraud, and residual damages they are experiencing from Jeff.

Construction is mainly CMU, Concrete, and Steel (at least for my projects), and there is a bottle neck of those resources as only few supply the area.

Hi Preet - Great questions and I'm sure there are some folks that may be able to provide some more concrete yes or no answers but my sense is that you may not be able to realize a lot of tax benefits if the value of the thing you are describing isn't very high. 

But since you don’t know about the concrete pads how they will settle they have full rebuild coverage.  

So with all comments makes me feel like my views on things are more concrete. 

Yes I heard the same thing about the STR license but haven’t heard anything concrete as of yet but I’m fine either way.

Yup for most of the Usonians the loads of wood used is cost prohibitive now and hard to source.However, I thought about this one as an example of a build with simple materials (steel and concrete block) that are not in themselves expensive to source that can achieve a beautoful design (with great effort of course by designer and builder) at low cost and scale.

FYI, an order has been filed in the lawsuit Kiyco Concrete v BTC stating the case will go to trial in the 5 weeks starting October 14th.  

They said we have to build new walls because the old walls are directly on the concrete, and this is not allowed.
