The biggest issue here: If you're covering a property with a homeowner's policy or LTR landlord policy and the property is actually a full-time STR, then you're concealing material info about the property's use from the insurer. 

Structure, This is harder to asses as the structure or (Framing) of a home is often concealed by coverings such as sheathing, siding, plaster and lath or drywall.

Yah, we are working on that but the main idea is how to remove the oil rights and split the parcel off and conceal the pump jack so there is no impact is mainly what I'm talking about. not setbacks, etc. it's more about investor and purchaser comfort with that being nearby.

You may want to look at 21 OS 446 which makes it a felony to "conceal, harbor, or shelter from detection any alien in any place within the State of Oklahoma". 

There will be no power for a day or two depending on your licensed contractor.Plank or batten box house is same as a log house (can't conceal electric or plumbing well), I would make them safer.  

Cha Yang,This might be extreme, but maybe cover it with a super-large tarp such that it's not obvious you're concealing a dumpster.
